Why so much fuss over China's market economy status?
Dec. 11, 2016 marks the end of the 15-year transition period of China's accession to the World Trade Organization (WTO). According to agreed provisions, the "surrogate country"approach should be terminated on that day.But a number of major industrialized countries are not honour this commitment.
